The original 60 "Villas and Garden Cottages" were fully renovated in 2015, seamlessly combining traditional design with modern amenities to provide the utmost comfort expected from a 4-star resort.

In 2014, 30 "Deluxe Rooms" were added to meet the growing demand from our ever-expanding guest base.

Since its inception, Inle Resort & Spa has proudly employed 95% local staff, promoting a strict policy of equality and inclusivity, with zero tolerance for social, gender, or racial discrimination. We are also committed to protecting children’s rights—none of our employees are under the age of 18. All construction work and materials are sourced locally, minimizing our carbon footprint and reducing environmental impact.
